"I was very happy with the service. The engineer arrived at my home on time and was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately it wasn't cost effective to fix my washing machine due to a motor failure. I was expecting this news after a little research on Google. It was over 5 years old and had been very well used. The engineer mentioned they could sell and install a new machine that very same day. After I checked a few reviews on Google, I discovered their washing machines were highly rated and very well priced. I probably could have saved £5 searching the Internet and buying on-line elsewhere but I didn't want to wait a few days for delivery.
